yes, as I understand it, I can only go into Thailand twice in a year on the 60 day (plus 30 extension) tourist visa.

I will be interested in seeing a definitive answer to your question. I am arriving in November and am going to Laos for a week after my first 90 days, then after my second 90 days I will move to Cambodia away from the madness that is the Thai visa restrictions...
