They are generally 90 days for eVisa and 30 for older types. The poster says they arrived 18th and only had a visa till 25th. How is that possible? :-)

I know that - it is the length of that visa I am questioning.

I do not understand the length of the Vietnam Visa either. Do they even issue a visa for a single week? Most common is 90 day e-Visa and older ones are 30 days.

Of course a DTV holder can be a tax resident in Thailand. It is 180+ days in a calendar year plus assessible income ie cumulative and not consecutive days. Having a local bank account has no bearing on this.

I would say 100% it was because you returned to Thailand. They can see this on their system. They did not even ask you to prove you were still in Vietnam as they knew you were not.

Anonymous participant Up to now no reports of anyone being refusd entry. A gym owner said some of his students asked questions but allowed in. That is he most I have ever seen posted.

Anonymous participant No idea of cost as company invoiced directly. I cannot imagine they are cheap. They handle everything though door to door. They will send you customs forms etc.

Anonymous participant ask these guys. They are very good. Been involved in a couple of my moves in and out of Singapore and Europe. I did not bother to Thailand though. Hand carried what I needed from Singapore to Thailand

You will be taxed on it. Just not worth doing it for Thailand.
