This is what I never understand. When they introduced this visa it was stipulated that you can stay 180 days and then extend by a further 180 days but yet people have issues for sticking to the rules. I know many people that have had various problems! I know this is Thailand but why do they make everything so hard work?

I thought you got 180 days and then could extend for 180 days? So god knows why they wanted to see a flight that could be potentially 12 months away 🤷‍♂️

99% of the time you don’t have to show it because when the immigration officer takes your passport they can see it. However if there’s an issue you may be asked to show it but on your device would be fine

I’ve had those few one dayers but I did have a 56 day overstay back in 2018 I think it was. Not ideal but forgotten about now
