This is our resident "Dr Doolittle" vet in HCMC, he's nursed many baby birds to adulthood. This one isn't as young as yours, but you can get the idea. 6&id=0

Wow, so young. It needs to be kept warm and fed some small worms, insects, maybe chopped/crushed with a bit of water, like the parent regurgitates it. Get a box and make a big, puffy nest out of toilet paper and put him in the middle. Probably some fluids too, but I'm not sure. Many Youtube videos about this, for sure. It's so new, it'll die soon if it doesn't get warm and some food. Thank you for taking care of it :-)
