Just to follow up, I used Thai Visa Centre and I would recommend them. It was 7k for a 60-day Covid extension, and I asked for express service which was 1k. They are extremely organized and professional every step of the way. Their courier picked up my passport and brought it back when it was done, in exactly 48 hours. It was worth every penny for this service and I'd do it again :-) Thanks to everyone who gave their advice!
