weird. All my passports have a date limit on Thailand entry stamps since 34 years ago.

The only travelers without a date are permanent residency permit holders.

Entry stamps always show the date you shall leave the country (or ask for an extension). Unless thinks have changed recently.

Actually, forbidding people to marry is a breach to the Charter of Human Rights.

There is no Buddhist wedding ceremony per se. Buddhists consider marriage to be a secular matter. The monks are invited only to bless the couple, like they bless a new house, a new car or a new business. Their prayers are not part of the wedding.

But you are right that the traditional wedding is the one that counts, in fact a good number of Thai never register their marriages.
