Have you checked your meter reading from the previous month up now? Have you checked the price per unit to see if there's been a change? If the number of units is higher and your meter is working properly then you just used more.

I think it's best to learn the simple words and phrases. I speak several languages that I learned when I was very young and I found it's very hard to learn Thai especially being a tonal language.

It's daunting to learn a tonal language...I gave up quickly. You really need to have the aptitude and patience and spend a lot of time. This is coming from someone who can speak several languages.. But all learned at a very young age.

Do money transfers from a US Bank using WISE show as domestic or foreign transfers into a Thai bank account?

not it's not false that was me experience.. In fact wise told me to use a wire transfer to make sure. I still recommend a wire transfer to be on the safe side. I had to transfer the funds again so Bangkok Bank would accept it.. So F off John.
