@James Miller passport expires in January 2025, visa extension expires on 15th February 2024 and the entry stamp says Admitted 25 Aug 2023 Until 15 Dec 2024.

You can normally get a 90-day ED visa from the HK Thai Embassy with the correct documentation. From my memory, the HK/Macau ID requirement is a typo on their website and doesn't apply to foreign applicants. We've had interns get their ED visa from HK in the past years.

. As I've mentioned before, this might not be relevant to other people than those working in tech and wish to make Thailand their home (of whom there are many!). Similarly, a marriage visa post is not relevant to single programmers, but I don't see them complaining ;)
