There is no 90 day visa for any of you, best you can do is a tourist visa for you and the other adult, visa exempt for the kids (they don't get fined for overstay) , and you get stamped in for 60 days and then apply for a 30 day extension.

That is an automated email that does not take into account your recent re-entry to the Kingdom. You will have to work out 89 days from your last entry to get the date your next report is due.

Is the extension for a Non-B visa based on the job contract or work permit expiration date?

It would be the last day of employment, (in this case 31 March), as that is when your eligibility for that extension expires.

You can buy a multi-entry re-entry permit with your Non-O, but it will only be valid for the duration of your initial entry (90 days).
