I will do that . That’s what I will have to do because I will need an extension of stay at immigration for 60 .

Part of the reason I’m switching to this visa is less hassle. No 90 day reporting and no TM30. I’ll do one TM30 on my last entry so that I can get a 60 day extension. By the way Can I get the 30 day extension first and then apply for a 60 day follow your wife? In that order ?

yes but you would need the paperwork regardless to a get a non b outside of the country. My point being do they require more paperwork inside than outside .

No but with no savings or money that you stated the pay is lousy here. China offers far more and the climate is similar if you teach in Guangdong province which is adjacent to Hong Kong.
