Is it necessary to submit a TM28 form if my landlord submits a TM30 after I change my address in Bangkok?
If I change address in Bangkok (CW) and the landlord submits a TM30 is it necessary to also submit a TM28?

They don't seem to push the TM28 in Chiangmai but they do check the TM30... Not hard to do but a slight pain in the arse...when can they link all the computer programs together..this is the 21st century...

no, they stopped using the TM.28 form and just use the TM.30 now

, I tried to use it a few weeks ago with someone out at Chaengwattana but all they wanted was the TM.30 receipt. I honestly don't know...
