Why will it be refused.. you are not asking for a 30day extension .. why complicate things.. you can enter as many times as you like as long as you dont overstay and stay within the 60 day tourist visa which will be

30 day soon.. you cant apply for a 30 day extension more than once a year.. the second time is a 7 day extension. Other than that you free to travel 5 times a yr for 3 wk if that what you choose

These are just incentives from developers to make you want to purchase condos. A one stop shop, buy condo and visa is sorted so you can move to Thailand.. sounds good because thats how they want it too sound.

First thing is don't stress... it's meant to be a holiday.. many options for you just don't panic

I would save my money and wait a while.. not worth going there for a week or 2 now.. 4 weeks or more yes go otherwise not worth the dramas with things changing weekly
