You can pay 1900 to get your 30...then do another app and pay 1900 to get the Covid 60-day. That's 90 days for 3800. It will give you time to sort out next steps.
None so far. But make sure they get over soon. It could change with the Indian covid variant jumping borders across Asia. Presently, USA banned entry to anyone traveling from India who is NOT a U.S. citizen.
