Anyone who has been there: Is Counter K at IT Square Lak Si only helping people who have appointments?

The reason I ask, is when it was at MTT, it was strictly by appt. Then later the appt was optional. Wondering if I can just show up at Lak Si without appt., or will I be turned away?

Appointment is not required but last I heard they were still doing only 300 people per day. So with an appointment you are sure to be seen.

Do you have any reason to not get an appointment? It's better in every way.

exactly! online appointment yet which didn’t ask to show but 300 queue numbers only since 10am reach number 200 according to my experience in last week…… but easy access the location directly walk out from SRT Lak Si Station towards IT Square

if I didn't need 90 days I'd be tempted to use visa exempt just because of how simple getting to this office is!
