You do need it if you're outside Thailand applying to enter the country. The doc list above is for those who are already in-country and are extending their stay due to the pandemic situation.

You can try the Yellow Book. I don't think there's a global worldwide accepted passport yet.

Jody Dayton Peace That depends on which office you are applying at. Each one interprets the rules differently. Bangkok does not require it from tourist visa / visa exempt applicants.

Visa exempt. Docs were:

A copy of your passport data page,

A passport photo,

Proof of filing a TM30,

A copy of your departure card (TM6)

A copy of your latest entry stamp,

A filled out TM7 (application form for extensions),

A filled out STM2 (acknowledgement that you understand the rules for overstaying)

A completed Covid Affidavit statement.

And 1,900 baht.

They provide all the forms at immigration, except TM30. Your landlord/hotel-mgr must provide you this.

Of course. Life is always changing. If the program ends...so be it. It means things will be getting nearer to 'normal'...whatever way we define that now. :)

Only thing that would stop you is if they discontinue the covid extension program. Right now, it is expiring on 26-Sept...unless the govt extends the program. ;)

Only with residence. If you're one of the Covid extension folks, no free vax.
