TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a vaccine passport in Thailand, fully vaccinated individuals can initiate the application process at Suvarnabhumi airport. Details regarding the exact process and the cost involved were not clearly stated in the comments, but alternative suggestions, such as acquiring a 'Yellow Book' for vaccination records, were mentioned. It's important to confirm official procedures and any associated fees directly from Thai authorities as updates may have occurred since the time of the comments.

Dark web.....easy cheap reliable. All that is needed. Used twice by a friend of mine already. Europol statement said more and more in use and almost impossible to detect.

You can try the Yellow Book. I don't think there's a global worldwide accepted passport yet.
