you can check on the website where Revolut is based. I think Lithuania or UK. I got my card years ago in Germany if that matters.

in the wallet tab, click "create line pay wallet" and then in the settings "add card" - i was able to pick my Revolut card"

I hooked up Linepay with my Revolut card and pay like that for the BTS (QR code at the machine)

Apparently the app Moreta pay, you can use for Thai qr code with a foreign card and they take 3% i think. I have not used it yet, can someone report back if it works?
