Immigration Act Section 37

Section 38 and TN30 has been widely explained, but what about section 37?

Section 37 is about duties of the foreigner, not the landlord.

Point 4:

If the foreigner travel to another province and stay longer than 24h, must notify to the local police within 48h from the time of arrival.

What about this?

Looking for clarification. South Korean passport with 6 entries to Thailand on Visa exemption in the past 18 months. Never overstayed. Refusal of entry today as officer believed the purpose of visit is not tourism but to live (or work). Does this equal to a ban from entering Thailand and if so for how long? Does this impact chances of getting visa approved and reentering in future?

I just returned from a month's stay overseas, and I'm preparing to go to Immigration today to get my TM30 stamped. I'm still living at the same address. Can anybody explain to me just what is the reason for me to go to Immigration? After all, they saw my passport and visa at the airport when I came back.
