Jon Massmann the translation seems to infer some kind of seal being embossed into the passport rather than an ink stamping. It appears whatever it is, it will take out the 'Wild' stamps being used outside of immigration used in faking entry's.

I read the same story. Immigration is making a new Police order and it is coming into effect. Details unknown, all we can do is sit down, relax and when Immigration wants us to know they will publish it.
