Digital nomad in music production here going for the DTV!

Got alot of electronics such as a laptop, headphones, sound interface and such. 

I’ve read that the limit is electronics under 20 000 THB otherwise I need to pay import or customs duty, but I really need it to be able to work. 

What do you think?

If you buy laptop from US online that ships to Thailand using FedEx, do you have to pay import duty?

It says no import duty on laptops but i want to hear about other people's experiences.

Planning on relocating to Thailand and would like to know if an Elite visa allows shipping personal household items (furniture, white goods, etc) to Thailand without duty? What about for a guardian visa linked to student visa? Any chance we can ship a car over without duty too?
