Hello, I've corrected my previous message. My stay ends on March 31st, so I will renew my first year of my non-immigrant retirement visa (OA) at the beginning of March. I will submit the application myself to immigration. (I have a 12-month foreign insurance certificate from AXA, approved by the TGI list, a 12-month lease, and I have the 800k (I will pay the required documents on the day of my application before going to immigration). My passport is valid for another 8 years, and I have the TM7 form to complete, two recent photos, and the 1900 baht fee.) Am I missing any documents? Thank you.
I read on a posting to transfer visa and re entry stamp to new passport I need to return to the immigration office where I got my last visa is this correct. I'm on non immigrant retirement visa and it was issued in Trang but I'm in bkk currently. Any advise appreciated
Hi all, I had a 1 year non immigrant retirement visa but unfortunately I missed the criteria for extension and took out the money before 3 months. I later found out and put back the money to make the balance back to 800k. Anyone had experiences ? Am i able to get the 1 year extension? If not, what should I do? Do i need to go back to the country where I am from and wait and fly to Thailand as a tourist and restart the whole thing again? Any advices? Thanks!!
Hi can anyone help me please I have phoned the thai embassy in London several times but no one answers .all I want know is can I visit the embassy in person to do my non immigrant retirement visa or do I have to do it on line appreciate any advice given thanks
I am staying with my wife in my condo in bkk on a non immigrant retirement extension, i have filed a tm30 for myselfe at Chaengwattana.
If i should go and stay a few days or weeks in my wife's house in Nakhon Rachasima should my wife then file a tm30 at the province immigration? What should be included in that documentation? Would i need to file a tm28?
On my return to Bangkok if tm30/28 where filed in Nakhon Rachasima naturally i would then need to file a new tm30, right?
