Can I apply for a Non-Immigrant Retirement Visa in person at the Thai Embassy in London?

Hi can anyone help me please I have phoned the thai embassy in London several times but no one answers .all I want know is can I visit the embassy in person to do my non immigrant retirement visa or do I have to do it on line appreciate any advice given thanks

London do not accept visa applications in person anymore. You must use the evisa system.

You have to do it online. Apparently it's down for maintenance until the 29th. I was told they only answer the phone for one a hour a day

It's my understanding that embassies that have switched to the new evisa system no longer process visas in person and all applications must be made online.

London has, as have a good few others, but there’s still some that require in person attendance, or at least a physical passport to put the sticker in.

but those ones don't use the evisa system right? They have their own online applications or require you to go in?

yes they don’t use the evisa system. Application in person or online via their own website, and then mail in the passport.
