Hello, I've corrected my previous message. My stay ends on March 31st, so I will renew my first year of my non-immigrant retirement visa (OA) at the beginning of March. I will submit the application myself to immigration. (I have a 12-month foreign insurance certificate from AXA, approved by the TGI list, a 12-month lease, and I have the 800k (I will pay the required documents on the day of my application before going to immigration). My passport is valid for another 8 years, and I have the TM7 form to complete, two recent photos, and the 1900 baht fee.) Am I missing any documents? Thank you.

You are aware with a non OA, that if you leave Thailand 1 or 2 weeks before the valid date of y'r visa, and come back, you have a free year (as long as y'r insurance is valid)

Bank statements, guarantee letter from bank, bank book updated on the day, TM30, maybe a hand drawn map from the immigration office to where you live. It's really best to visit the office you will apply at and ask them for the requirements as all offices are slightly different
