Hi, My yearly visa expires in July, if they will reduce the 60 days exemption to 30, I'll go abroad to apply for a tourist visa. Where is currently the best - fastest place to go and apply? Vientiane? Penang? Or other?

I've never been to Vietnam before and would like to go stay near the beach is there an area to go in Vietnam if I do have to go and visit the embassy?

Like is there more than one embassy than just Hanoi or am I ok just doing all online from within Vietnam?

Hi, I will be applying for a DTV visa in June. I can go to every asian country from Thailand to apply. Which country and specific place do you recommend to have the biggest changes to get a visa?I was thinking about Hanoi in Vietnam to apply online. Regards requirements, I will have 6 months statements showing more than 500k thb, I have my own business for 5 years, where I provide services for a companies in Poland, 6 months or business invoices, proof of current location etc. I'm just asking, which place do you think would be the best.

Hi everyone. I hear there are 2 thai embassies and I wonder which map location is the one for dtv.

Also I read first you go to pay 10k in person , and I wonder they tell me this how/when ? Anyone who did the process recently and can tell me the time waiting till interview date?

I qualify and can prove that I work for a multi national company remotely and can show finances etc.....

1. I'm thinking of applying at either: Vientiane, KL, or HCMC embassies. What is the preffered ?

2. Is applying for DTV having had multiple marriage visas frowned upon or can be flagged for any reason ?

3. We have a house in Thailand in my wife's name and myself as gaurantnee on a mortgage document from about 18 years ago. Address is also on my thai bank statement. What is required for a non hotel address ?

4. Is proof funds from my thai bank account ok ?

Has anyone successfully applied for a DTV whilst outside of their home country? We are currently between Malaysia/Indonesia and want to apply with British passports, but not sure if there’s a nearby embassy we can apply to.

Hello! I’m coming to Thailand via visa exemption at the end of July and plan to stay for as long as possible until the end of the year.

Currently, excluding the chance of a covid extension and border runs, I would at best have to leave by late September to get a proper tourist visa elsewhere. What would be the nearest or most accessible (flight cost, distance, etc.) Embassy/Consulate where I could apply for one? Phnom Penh, Manila, Kuala Lumpur? I am assuming that I cannot apply from Thailand.
