It is generally what the name is in the machine readable zone at the bottom of your passport bio data page

Should be ok

Doesn't matter. If there's no explicit Middle Name field in your passport it's safer to dump all your non-family names into First / Given Name field in the form. I've been doing this for 15y for my whole family - not a single complaint from Thai immigration officers so far

What's your mother's maiden name, date of birth and registered address? 😂

Just kidding!

I think it should be ok, but check with embassy/immigration or check with your lawyer 🙏 😎

Good luck 🤞

This is fine, there's no middle name section in my passport either so my first and middle name is under given name which is the same as first name on the Thai visa application and visa itself

That might be true, but this is not something that is the same in all countries, that also is the reason why it is causing problems.

Every country has its own cultural and legal practices.

No, maybe in your country the second name is your middle name, but a lot of other countries don't share this opinion and see all given nanes just as first name.

The country I live, Netherlands is just one of these countries and just do not have middle names.

Just ask Google and you will get this answer:

"No, legally speaking, the Netherlands does not have a 'middle name' like in the United States, but you can have multiple official first names."

the second given name is always your middle name, in this case he has 3 given names so the first one is the first name and the second two names are considered middle names. I myself also have 2 given names and the second one is always the middle name. Voorname can be only 1

Is is not so easy, this just depends on the country you come from.

In Netherlands people have more given names, but none of them is a middle name.

I think middle names are mainly a Anglo-American thing.

Google says this about it: Dutch people do not legally or culturally have "middle names" in the Anglo-American sense. Instead, they have multiple given names (voornamen) listed on their birth certificates and official documents

So when the visa is approved by Thhai embassy I don't expect problems at Thai Immigration for OP.
