Where is the best place to apply for a DTV visa: Ho Chi Minh, Jakarta, or Laos?
I’m interested in applying for the DTV but not sure where is the best place to apply for? I’m looking at Ho Chi Minh, Jakarta and Laos but is there a difference between these embassies? and do I need to be in the country before applying?
