Hi, My yearly visa expires in July, if they will reduce the 60 days exemption to 30, I'll go abroad to apply for a tourist visa. Where is currently the best - fastest place to go and apply? Vientiane? Penang? Or other?

You can check the websites of each countries thai embassy and they will give you an idea of the time for processing a visa application. Also google searches for experience of applicants real times can be found.
