do you hold a British passport or have leave to remain in the UK and are actually IN the UK?If not, I cannot see how they will issue any visa in the UK via Evisa application.

no you don’t, once you reside in any of the UK territories your application goes to London. You just have to provide your legal status and flight itinerary from the territory. They accepted our documents and it went for approval.Reply to
