Hello, I just returned to Thailand yesterday using a re-entry permit on my retirement visa. Is there anything I need to do at immigration? My current address remains the same and my next 90 day report is due the end of September.

What do I need to do to get this paper through a hotel in Bangkok? I stayed in Chiang Mai and received it at the end of my stay from the hotel. However, I have called several hotels in Bangkok; only one had any idea what I meant when I asked about TM30, and they said they could only provide a screenshot of their submission online. I need the paper if at all possible.

Hi, I have a friend arriving on the 14th January via Test and Go. It is anticipated after his covid clearance on the 15th to stay at my condo for his 18 night visit. I am the owner. Do I need to fill out and submit a TM30 to immigration whilst he stays with me? Or does anything else need to be done? Cheers

Hi All, sorry another question re TM30. The land owner, house owner, house master or possessor of the house or the manager of the hotel has to report a foreigner within 24 hours after arrival. What is deemed as a POSSESSOR? I have a 30 year lease on my house, so am i a possessor?

Hi, my friend was supposed to notify her address to ChiangMai Immigration on 3/9/18. She is in Bangkok but she can notify it on Wednesday 12/9/18. Is this okay, or will she have to pay a fine? Thank you. Gordon.
