Hi, I have a friend arriving on the 14th January via Test and Go. It is anticipated after his covid clearance on the 15th to stay at my condo for his 18 night visit. I am the owner. Do I need to fill out and submit a TM30 to immigration whilst he stays with me? Or does anything else need to be done? Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
You need to submit a TM30 form to notify immigration of a foreigner staying at your residence. However, it's suggested that in practice, unless your friend seeks an extension at immigration, it may not be strictly necessary.

Technically yes, you should submit a tm30 notifying immigration that a foreigner is staying at your residence. Realistically though, unless he goes to immigration for an extension, neither of you will need the Tm30.
