Hi All, sorry another question re TM30. The land owner, house owner, house master or possessor of the house or the manager of the hotel has to report a foreigner within 24 hours after arrival. What is deemed as a POSSESSOR? I have a 30 year lease on my house, so am i a possessor?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The term 'possessor' in the context of TM30 reporting refers to someone who has legal rights to a property, which can include a tenant or a person who has a rental agreement. If you hold a 30-year lease on your house, you may be considered a possessor. It is advisable to report your status using an online account, especially if your name is on the lease contract, and coordinate with the property owner regarding the report.
Thai Immigration translate the possessor as the person who rents the house. If you name is on the lease contract, talk with the owners who is going to make the report.
Additional info, i have not been out of the country or to another province since my visa renewal last year, maybe that is why i have not been asked for a TM30?
I have a lease contract which is registered on the back of the land title. The owner is my ex wife, not seen or talked to her for over 10 years. She does not live in Thailand. Did my 90 day last week and TM30 was not mentioned, visa due for renewal next week which is why i am a bit concerned.
Not sure if I could be called any of those but I've applied and got an account to do my own reporting online. Not that hard to get. I guess this doesn't answer your question as to what is a possessor, sorry.
