Hi everyone!Do you know if a newborn needs $17k in bank account for 3 months for approval as dependent, in addition to $17k for wife dependent and $17k for the primary applicant ?
Arrival experience on DTV (3rd time, so 1 year since approval)
I was checked in Suvarnabhumi, they took me to the checkpoint for the interview. On my passport was sticker with note about 2nd in-out. They specifically asked me about how I work, I had my LLC docs, I showed my website (so I assume they wanna know if I work illegally in Thailand or not), they asked if I am married and where is my husband. They didn’t asked about finances. Everything went good, they gave me another 6 month. But it was quite stressfull, took about additional hour.
Hi all, thank you always for the valuable and helpful information. Does anyone know any good agency in Bangkok that can support getting a tax number and filing an individual tax return? I got my DTV and would like to prepare. Many thanks for your kind information in advance!
Applying for my wife as a dependent. What are any additional things you guys have included to ensure the visa is approved first time round. I’m the main DTV holder. Thanks so much
I have a question. Coming Tuesday I will be leaving from Thailand to Malaysia and return back the next day. As DTV holder do I need to fill TDAC form and if yes, what should I fill in departure date and flight info? Cuz I don’t know yet. It will be in next 6 months.
If, as reported here: [members only] KTB and TTB merge, I imagine it'll even be harder to open a bank account with a DTV. Currently TTB is the most chill bank for DTV holders but after the merger, who knows?
