Are you female? When I went and asked at my immigration office, they said I needed to set up the local bank account with 400k first before I could transfer

KeenDeer1330 it is an obscure province. They just said I can open a bank account under DTV but game me no papers. I tried to go to our small town, maybe they would be more relaxed. They said maybe I’d my name is on some legal govt document

ArticulateChipmunk5959 Nope.male. So they will give you some paper saying you can open a bank account at a particular branch of your choosing to deposit 400k as proof for the marriage visa. bring that paper to that very branch and bring your wife's tabien baan and id with ya, and your set

Well done

Your extension now

Should be straight forward , although you will probably get an “ under consistent “ stamp which is normal & requires you to come back in 30 days

If you have all the paperwork ( ask them what they need first a renewal ) it shouldn’t take long and cost 1900 B

Using an agent , anywhere from 8K upwards but that’s only to organise paperwork!
