Hey guys, looking at applying for DTV for my family and I (myself being the primary visa holder and my 2 kids as dependants & my partner/spouse.) We are currently travelling around Asia and starting up content creating, but haven’t got a professional portfolio done yet as it’s still in its infancy. Have sufficient funds to satisfy the 500,000 baht criteria.

Couple of questions:

Would it be best to apply under soft power, like Muay Thai (I’m actually interested in doing this)

Also, my partner and I aren’t married, but have children together, would she still qualify as my spouse?

Hi I could do with some advice I’ve been staying in Thailand for many years coming and going several months at a time. I have a house and a family there I’ve had many visa extensions and also a dependant visa but my last trip I’ve got pulled up at the airport by immigration asking me why I spend so much time here and was eventually allowed into the country but my question is I’m coming again this time for around eight months with a return ticket and planning on getting a retirement Visa will the immigration let me in without any sort of Visa thank you

Can a husband/ wife be a dependant of the visa holder and thus also allowed the same duration in the Kingdom?

For a South African entering on exempt stamp, can this be obtained in Laos?
