TLDR : Answer Summary
Colombian passport holders can enter Thailand without an arrival visa and are eligible for a 60-day visa-exempt entry. However, they must present proof of onward travel to their air carrier. Upon arrival, Thai immigration typically does not require additional documentation beyond the passport stamp. Those traveling from Colombia are advised to have evidence of a Yellow Fever vaccination, and recent regulations also stipulate that travelers must register on the Thai health pass website prior to departure. Expect a monkeypox screening at the airport as well.
If arriving from Colombia, you'll need to register on

and expect a monkeypox screening at the airport. Yellow fever vaccination proof is also required. No idea if medical exemptions are recognized but whatever documentation you have must now be provided in electronic format before departure and submitted using the app/website.

You might need a yellow fever vax card or test certificate of sorts. My wife entered with her Peruvian passport and was asked for yellow fever proof / test certificate even though we don't live in Peru.. We had to prove we didn't fly from Peru with our flight itinerary and other passports and residency cards..
Not sure whether you will be asked, but if youve been in Columbia in the last six months, you legally need proof of Yellow Fever vacination to enter Thailand along with what Tod said.
i doubt people will refuse it, still a risk from many countries

There is no "arrival visa" for Colombian passport holders ๐ฎ
You can show up without having bought a visa from the thai consulate before you come here and get stamped in FREE for 60 days on "visa exempt" entry.
Your AIR CARRIER might require you to show proof of onward travel (within the number of days you'll get stamped in for here) but as a rule Thai immigrations at passport control won't ask you for anything when you stamp in here
