Hello all. I am coming to Thailand with a retired visa for 3 months. I will stay for 4 months. Can I extend this retired visa in Thailand for 30 days or do I have to make a visa run? Thank you.

Fyi, @Immi Chiang Mai, if you switch 1yr extension from married to retired, they still ask you the first time for an actual marriage certificate!, had 3weeks left on old extension, new retirement extension starts right away the day you apply, no add on, anyway, easy procedure (for u and the officers) 😅

Hi Everybody

Can a person with a retired visa open a business in Taylan?

If so, what are the conditions?

I heard that 49% of a business opened should be owned by you and 51% by a Thai person?

If this is true, is the 51% Thai share divisible by 3 or 4?
