TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can open a company with a Non-Imm O Retired Visa. It's advisable to consult with business partners and professionals like lawyers or accountants for company setup. Alternatively, if you are married, you can switch to a Non-O family visa and also use it for business purposes.

If you married change to Non-O family. Than you can use it

There is no such thing as a "Non-O family" visa. There is an "Extension of stay based on being married to a Thai woman", and "Extension of stay based on having half Thai children" (both allow employment).

For visas themselves, you can get a "[Single or Multiple Entry] Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai wife" or a "[Single or multiple entry] Non-O visa based on supporting a half-Thai child".

Yes, no problem. But this is to discuss with your business partners and a lawyer or an accountant to set up the company
