My wife and I have a Non-O Retired Visa that has to be extended February 26, 2026.
I have two questions. How long in advance before February 26, can we go to the Immigration?
Regarding the documents, for example: Income letter, proof of marriage and proof of retirement pension, how old can the documents be so the Immigration accept them? 30, 60 or 90 days?
We are going to the Immigration in Hua Hin.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for an extension of your Non-O Retired Visa up to 45 days prior to the expiry date, which is February 26, 2026. The documents such as your income letter and proof of marriage must be no older than 30 days at the time of your application for them to be accepted by Immigration.

You have already been provided with a response on another site. Accordingly, the Hua Hin Immigration Office accepts applications up to 45 days prior to the expiry of your current permission to stay.
Should the application be submitted with 30 days or less remaining on the current permission, you may be assured that both the income certification issued by the embassy and the extract from the Amphur confirming the marriage will be deemed valid and accepted by the immigration.
