I am currently staying in Phuket on a non-b visa with a work permit. I intend on getting the 1 year extension early September. I am going to be moving out of where I am currently staying to a new address. What procedures do I follow with immigration and the new landlord to change my address?

Quick question if I may? 

When extending a 30 day visa exempt entry in Phuket (Patong) do they ask for the TM 30?

Do I need to report to immigration after returning from Cambodia before going to the U.S. and again after returning from the U.S.?

I plan on going to Cambodia for a few days then returning to Phuket then heading to the U.S. for a few weeks. Should I report to immigration when I get back from Cambodia, or can I wait until I get back from California? What is the rule?
