I am currently staying in Phuket on a non-b visa with a work permit. I intend on getting the 1 year extension early September. I am going to be moving out of where I am currently staying to a new address. What procedures do I follow with immigration and the new landlord to change my address?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To change your address after moving in Phuket while on a Non-B visa with a work permit, you need to file a TM30 form. This can be done either by you or your landlord. For more detailed procedures and guidance, you can refer to the Phuket immigration office's site.
