What should I list as my last port of embarkation on a DTV application if I have a layover in Korea?

ORIGINAL POSTERI am applying for the DTV in Los Angeles. If I intend to fly Korean airlines and have a layover in Seoul, would my last port of embarkation be USA, or Korea, since it asks for that information in the application?

ORIGINAL POSTERGoing to go to the US for medical care. Leave next month. Is it true that pre-departure Covid testing is available at the airport? Is it the 15 minute test or the 3 hour test?

ORIGINAL POSTERGetting ready to get married to my Thai gf of two years. Looking to trying to go to the US in June so she can meet the rest of the family beyond my parents. Any suggestions on the June visit? Going to be moving to the states in a year or two also. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
