Can anyone share any info on the easiest way to get to Cambodia from Pattaya? Online travel sites aren't showing any direct flights?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Pattaya to Cambodia typically requires a transfer since direct flights do not operate from Pattaya. The most common method is to take a bus or taxi to Bangkok (BKK), where direct flights to Phnom Penh or Siem Reap are available. For bus travel, options exist from Jomtien to the border of Cambodia. Alternatives including driving and transport services like Rome2Rio can also help in planning the journey.

You can fly to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh from Bangkok or you can get the bus to the border from Pattaya

There's a direct flight from BKK to Phnom Penh. Get a bus ticket (Jomtien) or book a taxi (1000 baht) from Pattaya to BKK.
since Phnom Penh is a shithole, I recommend a flight to Siem Reap. Visit Angkor Wat. If it's about a border bounce for another 60 day stamp, you can go by van to Ban Pakkad. Start is 6.00am, back in Pattaya about 3.00pm.
Sihanoukville is a shithole but it's where you need to go to get to Koh Rong, which is stunning. Kep is boring and the beach is crap, Kampot is a much better choice despite it being a riverside town and not coastal.
I haven't been there yet. People are not talking good about Sihanoukville (anymore). Kep seems to be the better choice. While I was forced to do border bounces, I've gone to Koh Kong several times. Not bad and easy to reach by bus to trat plus van to the Checkpoint. Always good for a couple of days.
