I ask for advice from those more experienced than me, I entered Thailand with a 180-day multiple entry tourist visa, arrived on February 5, then left and came back, finally left again on August 4. Now I would like to return at the end of November and stay another 6 months, but more than one person has told me that they could deny me entry into the country because I have already stayed too long; I am an Italian citizen, how much time must pass from when I left the Kingdom (August 4) to be able to return? I am 58 years old but I am not a pensioner, what type of visa do you recommend I get? Thanks to those who answer me

I wanna to know if anyone who has had the dtv approved has been denied entry by the immigration officer.

Especially for those who have been previously warned for using too many tourist visas.

Thanks in advance.

I was denied a DTV Visa at the Vancouver Thai Consulate, I am self employed, doing all my business online, I had previously called the consulate to ask if I would qualify, the person I talked to before I applied said I would be OK, now the consulate is saying I am not approved, I paid teh $650, no idea what to do now. I'll call them monday and ask what I can do, maybe sign up for cooking classes, I'll find out how many classes ect. I spent a lot of time getting my business documents for them, in the end they said I did not qualify. I don't understand I do all my business online, self employed, and was told by an employee at the consulate that I qualified (before I paid the fee)

Gutted this morning, my partner in Thailand has been turned down for a visa to visit the UK, long story and I understand this page is about Thai visaā€™s, however I would appreciate any advice with regards to a helpful FB page in relation to UK visas. Thank you in advance.

*** update - the reason UK immigration have given to refuse the visa for her is that me being the sponsor only has Ā£1,200 in the account I submitted and therefore wouldnā€™t have enough to pay for a return air ticket and support her whilst she was in the UK, also said she only had Ā£433 pounds in her Thai bank which wouldnā€™t be enough for her for the two week holiday to the UK. The application was submitted 29th April for a visit early June, it would appear you have to have lots of funds at the time of application to cover the flights etc even though advised not to purchase a flight ticket until a visa has been issued, also why would they assume I would purchase a flight for her using the money in that account, I have other debit and credit cards which I could have used, absolutely bizarre decision.

Hypothetical situation... Apply for single entry 60 day tourist visa via evisa in USA.

If this visa were denied (55 yr old drug arrest that was pardoned but electronic records don't indicate the pardon) and I showed up for a 30 day via exempt, would I be denied entry?

Im here in retirement visa. Iā€™m planning on going back to US mid-May to attend best friends wedding and be for a month Would love to get my Thai partner to be there with family and friends but I know I know not easy.

I think itā€™s about assets and perceived escape potential.

She owns property, homes, has teenage daughters sheā€™s responsible for, job but not regular like corporate income. Weā€™ve together a little less than a year - that may be a qualifying or disqualifying factor.

Donā€™t tell me itā€™s not easy I know - but maybe there is the right person to ask and maybe make it happen. Like an agency

Thanks
