Why is the Thai embassy requesting my financial and residency documents again despite my initial submission?
Need assistance; I received email asking for me to upload financial docs, soft course info and proof of residency again? I had attached it all the first time. What's up?

Yep same for me at the thai embassy in London.
Asked for bank statements and a couple of other things.
Checked the pdf i sent them and everything they wanted was already there.
Here is the crazy part, I sent them the exact same pdf and 2 days later accepted. 🙄

Got the same problem. I apply for Muay Thai course but they asked me for salary bank statement 🤦♀️ I apply for this to not show my work info.  Because I got paid in crypto and they don’t accept crypto document

I had to do the same. My first pdfs where not the best quality. I had to take photos with higher quality and better lighting, re upload them and that was it.
