OK, so as of 4pm today visa exempt entry stamps switched to a ผ.60 stamp meaning you get 60 days on entry and can extend once for 30 days at a local immigration office.

These are the countries eligible.

I am planning on switching from my current O-A to a O Retirement visa and would just like to confirm the process.

My plan is to leave Thailand without a Re-Entry permit so when I return I would be issued a 45 day tourist visa on arrival.

After 25 days or so I would then apply for the O visa.

I already have the ฿800k balance in the bank.

Is this plan correct?

Any advice would be appreciated

Hello, does anyone know if there are restrictions on obtaining a visa on arrival to Thailand for a US citizen? I would like to come back in July but I was there recently using a visa on arrival from Feb 28th to May 23rd with a COVID extension. Will I have any issues if I go back so soon? Or should I apply for a tourist visa? Thank you.

Does anyone know if you can update your 30 day visa on the day of expiry? Or is this a risky move and could incur a fine?

Hi Guys. has anyone been to the immigration office in Pattaya recently to extend a visa exempt entry stamp? Is it quicker and easier than Chaengwattana in BKK? IF so how many extension days days did you get?
