On a 1yr first extension Non-O (Retirement)

My first 90 day report was due Oct 5. I applied online a week ago and it’s still showing pending. My TM-30 address in Bangkok is still the same as the day I entered.

I understand I have 7 days After due date to apply in person. Can I apply in person at Chamchuri Square or do I need to go all the way out to Chaeng Wattana? Thanks!

Hello. I just moved to Lamphun and I am having some TM-30 reporting issues. The immigration office here is demanding that our landlord physically go to the immigration office to complete my TM-30. They already called her twice and we completed TM-30 paper work online and a paper copy. So my question is: If I speak with a different immigration officer, could I maybe avoid inconveniencing my landlord by needing them to go to the office?

So Im planning to travel to Udon Thani. I am currently in Pattaya. I read reviews of the immigration office that most places there don't/refuse to report TM-30 which makes it challenging to get an extension? Is this review true about the city? If so, what can I do to prevent wasting time? Can I file? I'm only about 13 days into my 45 day visa, is it possible to file like tomorrow in Pattaya then head to Udon?

A bit of info for anyone getting a COVID extension at CW in the "N" section.

I've gotten several COVID extensions, and each time, the officer would ask if I had done a 90-day report. However, every time (4-5 times) I tried to do a report at MTT AND CW, they would say I cannot do it on a COVID extension. (Even when I tried to insist on doing it for my peace of mind, they absolutely refused at both places).

I would explain this to the officer, and they'd say "okay, no need then" and ask for my TM-30, which I'd provide. No other problems.

Long story shorter:

I got the COVID extension again on August 17th at the N counter and was fined 2,000 baht for having a "late" 90 day report. Despite explaining to the officer that I've tried to do it many times and wasn't allowed to, she did not care, and I had to pass over the money, and she filed the report.

It was all above the table, I received the fine receipt and the report paper with my next due date.

I did hear other officers asking other people about the 90 day report, as well.

So heads up, in case you find yourself in the same situation!

(On another note, I was stamped for the full 60 days with no consideration period)!

US citizen, arrived in December on OA Retirement visa. Completed ASQ on Dec 28 and moved to Rattanaburi, Surin to stay with girlfriend.

In early January went to Rattanaburi District Office with girlfriend to check in, register, TM-30 etc.. They appeared to not know what I was talking about. They saw my visa/passport was valid etc. and sent me on my way.

Not sure what to do next. Am I violating some reporting rule? any further steps that I should be taking?

Hello, I have questions about reporting to Thai immigration for update of TM-30 upon re-entry.

Thanks in advance for reading & for any advice.

I'm on a Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa and plan to do a border run this weekend, Chiang Khong/Houayxay. Last time I left the country I was fined 1600 B for not reporting to immigration/updating my TM-30 within 24 hours of reentry--I was 2 weeks late, had no idea about the requirement.

My questions are:

1) Does the fine go up by the day--is it 200 baht/day after the first 24 hours, as I seem to remember reading somewhere?

2) Can I report in Chiang Rai, even though my address is in Chiang Mai?

3) If I report in Chiang Rai, are their reporting hours the same as the CM Immigration TM-30 office (8:30-4:30, every day)? How are the lineups at the Chiang Rai office on a Sunday, if it's open on Sunday?
