I’m renewing my non O visa in a few weeks. After receiving my 12 months of bank statements, how long do I have to report to immigration? I’m in Khon Kaen.
Answer summary
The reporting timeframe for immigration after receiving your 12-month bank statements for a non-O visa renewal in Khon Kaen is generally expected to be the same day you apply. Some users have mentioned the possibility of 5 to 7 days delay for bank letters and statements, but it is advisable to update your bank book on the same day you submit your application and to conduct at least one transaction to show activity.

I have to pay some money in the account to update it. Bank provides a letter to show current statement is correct. They provide a copy of the latest page stamped. I have to give it all with the book to IO.
I think you're a bit mixed up, your bank letter and your year statement can be up to 7 days old in Bangkok and you have to update the bank book the day you apply
I was just there 2 days ago. One officer told us 5 days. Another officer said 1 day for statement. Bank book update must be same day AND you MUST conduct at least one transaction before you update the book so the book shows activity the day you visit the office.
Scott Patterson. Same in Nong Khai. They say MUST be same day. I go to bank at opening time. Many expats here go to Bars at opening time, often after a couple of "liveners"at home !!!
Most offices allow the bank letter and the 12-month statement to be valid for 7 days after their issued, but I am not exactly familiar with how khon kaen does it.
