Good morning folks. Probably obvious question, but sometimes I'm confused about 90 days report.

My 90 days expire 25 October, but I will get out of the country few days before. So I don't need to apply for the 90 days, don't I?

A lot of people are talking about the owners of their buildings that hasn't reported their stay in Thailand, what are people doing in these situations? 

Say for instance someone has been living in the same place for 3 years but the owners never reported it, what then?
