TLDR : Answer Summary
To successfully complete your 90-day reporting by post in Thailand, it is recommended that you mail your report at least 14 days before the due date. While some individuals have reported success sending it later, it's important to check whether your specific immigration office accepts mail-in reports.

Online not possible? Between 14 and 7 days before your final date.

The online system can be used between 14 days prior to the actual due date of the report. You must make the first 90 day report in person. You can use one of the following three programs to submit the 90 day report:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

No in prachaup

If that's the case
@Ric****
, then you report at the immigration office there NOT in Bangkok.

Call the Prachaup immigrations and ask if they allow mail in 90 day reporting or post on a Hua Hin f/b page and ask

DO you live in Bangkok, did you get your extension in bangkok and do you file 90 day reports there normally?

The stated policy is that your envelope has to be postmarked 14 days before your due date. BUT people have sent later and got their 90 day report back (many with a stamp that says send it sooner :P )

Also remember not all immigration offices accept 90 day mail in reporting so make sure your office does
