Just wondering if anyone here have missed their 90day reporting? If so, what happens? I was having a discussion with a friend who also has a DTV and he’s convinced that we don’t need to do 90 day reporting - just the 180 border run / extend. From what I’ve read in this group, it seems to be mandatory. Any thoughts welcome, thank you in advance 🙏
TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, if you miss your 90-day reporting, you could incur a fine, typically around 2,000 baht, when you eventually visit an immigration office for any service. It's important to note that the reporting requirement applies to all visa holders except those on an LTR visa. Failure to report may result in a record against you, which could affect future interactions with immigration. Some people suggest that nothing happens if you don’t go to the immigration office, but that perspective could be risky, as fines may come into play during future visits.
